METHOTREXAT (MTX)

  • Zytostatikum, das seit den 1950er-Jahren zur Behandlung von Malignitäten angewendet wird1
  • Schränkt die Fähigkeit von Krebszellen zur Synthese neuer DNA* ein, die für das fortgesetzte Wachstum und Überleben von Krebs erforderlich ist2

HOCHDOSIERTES METHOTREXAT (HDMTX)

  • Wird häufig zur Behandlung verschiedener Krebserkrankungen bei Erwachsenen und Kindern angewendet.2-6
